Life Box

What is Manna?

Life is a gift from God. It includes our whole self and how we choose to live. We want to live and grow in God’s love and joy. We find ways to make meaning in our life, and mark our time so that we can celebrate and remember things that are important.

Life in Your Home

Having a special way to pray together can also be a family ritual.

One way many Christians pray is through the Examen. This is a prayer from a 16th-century Spanish saint, Ignatius of Loyola. He thought the Examen was a gift from God.
