St. Paul does not say, “Try to be light.” He says, “You are light.” Host a shine out party where everyone can express on the outside how they feel on the inside with the light of Christ. You can do this in your Little Circle of Good news or just with your family and friends. Let your creativity shine!

Music can also allow us to celebrate joy. Create a playlist together of songs that bring you joy. Use this playlist when you read your cup of joy moments each week.
